NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC 
Public Hearing Friday – June 4, 2021 – 7:00 p.m.

The Kasson Township Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Friday, June 4th , 2021, at 7:00 pm at the Kasson Township Hall. The request is for Lively Holdings, LLC’s approval under Section 7.15 of the Kasson Township Zoning Ordinance to amend a 20 year old Special Use approval to expand the size of an existing campground and allow the rest of the facility to include a commercial kitchen, food trucks, and events on a daily basis. 

The parcel is located at 3805 W. Empire Hwy. in Section 30, T28N, R13W, and the tax number is 45-007-030-003-50. 

The Planning Commission requests your questions, input, opinions or concerns relating to this proposed use.
