Update to the board from attorney Peter Boyles concerning pending Michigan Tax Tribunal litigation. 

A portion of this meeting may be held in closed session if an open meeting would have a detrimental financial effect on the Township's litigating or settlement position.

Leland Township will be holding all meetings remotely under Senate Bill 1108 which amends the Open Meetings Act, PA 267 of 1976 (the "OMA"), to allow meetings of a public body to be held electronically or with remote participation under certain circumstances and to provide procedures and requirements for a meeting held that way.
