Linda Oosse, on behalf of JC’s Ooasis, respectfully requests a Special Land Use Permit approval to allow for a dog kennel and daycare for up to 45 dogs in conformance with Zoning Ordinance Articles 6, 7, and 16.15. The property is located in the AR: Low Density Agricultural – Residential District. Tax ID 45-009-023-011-00. The parcel is located at 210 N. Popp Road; Lake Leelanau, Section 23, T30N, R12W, Leelanau County, Michigan. The Planning Commission would appreciate any comments or concerns relating to this request.
