Public Notice is given for a special meeting of the Leland Township Board to be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 10:00AM. This meeting is likely to go into Closed Session.

The purpose of this meeting:

1. Meet with attorney Robert Parker to discuss Sunset Shores Marie Korson easement request for attorney fee reimbursement.
2. Facilities Committee briefing regarding real estate negotiations/options for township administrative facilities.

A portion of this meeting may be held in closed session if an open meeting would have a detrimental financial effect on the Township's litigating or settlement position.
