Are you a Contractor interested in bidding on housing projects for rehabilitation of Leelanau County homes?  

Leelanau County has funds from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for low-interest Loans for home repairs such as: new siding, insulation, windows, doors, well, septic, flooring, plumbing, roofs, electrical, etc.

Contractors selected to work on any of these projects must be licensed and insured.  Women & minority subcontractors and contractors are encouraged to participate.  

These housing projects usually involve a mandatory walk-thru for interested contractors, with sealed bids submitted a few days after the walk-thru.
