Request for Proposals – Cleveland Township, Leelanau County

Cleveland Township is requesting proposals from qualified Planning Consultants/Firms for planning services. Services direct advice and support for the review and revision of the Master Plan, including data gathering and analyses and public participation processes. Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2016.

Proposals shall be mailed in sealed envelope, labeled “Planning Services” to:

Cleveland Township reserves the right, for any or no reason and in its sole and absolute discretion to (1) amend, in whole or part, withdraw or cancel this RFP, and (2) accept or reject any or all proposals prior to execution of the services contract for any or no reason and with no penalty to the Township.
