NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Leelanau County Senior Services is seeking sealed bids for a licensed Registered Nurse to provide contractual Care Coordination services to seniors. All applicants must meet Leelanau County’s requirements for professional liability insurance, as outlined in the Board Policy on Insurance Requirements.
