Michigan State University Extension (MSUE) will once again host a weekly Diagnostics Clinic beginning on Wednesdays, June 21st through September 27th  from 10am to 2pm, located in the Leelanau County Government Center at 8527 E Government Center Drive, Suite 107.

Nate Walton, MSUE Consumer Horticultural Program Instructor and Extension Master Gardeners, will assist residents with garden diagnostics questions focusing on issues with plant pests and disease. Stop by during the hours of the clinic to speak to someone in person, or drop off a plant or insect sample any time during regular business hours and samples will be saved for diagnosis at the next Wednesday clinic.

For anyone interested in phoning in a lawn or garden question, MSUE offers a garden hotline open Monday through Friday from 9am to noon, and 1pm to 4pm. The phone number for the hotline is 1-888-MSUE-4-MI (1-888-678-3464). Questions can also be answered online through the eXtension website at https://ask.extension.org/ask. Photos can be uploaded as part of an online inquiry.

Finally, MSUE offers its Gardening in Michigan website as a tool to help residents find answers to common garden problems. The URL for the website is http://migarden.msu.edu/
