Do you own, or wish to buy/lease, a piece of property that may have contamination issues such as asbestos, fuel spill, old drums/tanks on site?   Do you have a site that is abandoned, and/or obsolete?  Are you looking for development opportunities or have ideas for housing projects on a piece of property?

If so, there may be incentives and tools available through the Leelanau County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) and the Leelanau County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (LCBRA) to assist with redevelopment.
