Due to the recent Executive Order listed by Governor Whitmer, the maximum occupancy for the August 11, 2020, Executive Board session is limited to 10 persons, including staff and Commissioners.

The Lower Level Community Meeting Room will be open for viewing the Livestream of this session, and is also limited to 10 guests.

The 2019 Northwest Michigan Target Market Analysis studied the demand for housing through 2025.  The study found that the market could support 668 additional housing units through 2025 in Leelanau County.
