The sites have security cameras and all bins are posted that leaving ANY materials on the ground is illegal and subject to fees up to $2,500 plus disposal costs.
The bins are emptied throughout the week on an as-needed basis. The bins may fill up occasionally before we have the opportunity to empty them, especially on the weekends. To avoid this situation, try to do your recycling during the week when the sites aren't as busy. DO NOT LEAVE MATERIALS ON THE GROUND.
