LCSS Foot Care Voucher

Foot Care Vouchers:

     Foot Care Vouchers are designed to keep senior resident's feet healthy with nail trimmings and checking for problem areas.

A limit of 6 foot care vouchers per senior will be available for $15.00 each with a redeemable value of $35.00 while supplies last.  You may purchase all 6 vouchers at once.

Foot Care Vouchers expire the last day of the year purchased.  Unused vouchers can not be refunded or exchanged.
